Hi all
Well I finally have access to the internet with enough time to add a message to the blog. it has been an amazing journey so far with a few very tiring days. You don't realise how tired you get when travelling long distances. We have spent 3 days in Carcassonne and went to the mediaeval castle with village and it was truly amazing. These tiny little stone streets with little shops and stores and heaps of cafes and restaurants. We are now down at the canal waiting for our boat to get ready - it is overcast and a bit cool but the weather is beautiful. We are to get brand new bicycles so we will go down soon and pick out the one we want. We need to go and shop so we will be well stocked up with food and drink.
