Arrived late last night without a hitch - watched a couple of movies along the way "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" and "Wish You Were Here". Helped pass the time. Had great seats in front of the wing, so could pick out landmarks along the way. Flew over Mt Isa and had a good view of the mine (huge hole in the ground) and were treated to a magnificent sunset as the sun wnet down.
Not looking forward to the long haul tonight - leaving at 5 minutes to midnight and arriving in Paris 7:20 am 13hrs+ flight!!! Stayed the night at V Lavender Hotel.
Off out now to explore Singapore.
